On the Move! BCOS Opens New Comprehensive Orthopedic Center

Comprehensive Orthopedic Center

Comprehensive Orthopedic CenterWarrington, PA – Bucks County Orthopedic Specialists (BCOS) is making a major move that will relocate their Warrington Health & Wellness Center office and consolidate three separate offices into one large fully-integrated suite that will house both their orthopedic practice and their Fitness Physical Therapy division at 2800 Kelly Road in Warrington.

“We are growing to better serve our patients and the community,” says Randall Gross, CEO of BCOS. “We are so excited to be able to offer our patients an updated and modern facility that further reflects our commitment to staying the #1 rated provider of orthopedic care in the Greater Bucks and Montgomery County area.” Office visits will begin on October 12, 2020 at the new Kelly Road orthopedic center, located in the office complex behind KC Prime restaurant off Route 611.

With a total of 21 exam rooms within 14,000 square feet, the new office suite provides greatly expanded space and also puts BCOS and Fitness Physical Therapy in the same building as Bucks County Surgical Suites, creating a full-service hub for orthopedic care.

“With everything under one roof, the new office will improve the coordination of care for our patients,” says practice manager, Karen Hartkorn. “Now we will have the full range of orthopedic care, which includes office visits, x-rays, physical therapy, interventional pain management, surgery, and post-surgical rehabilitation in one location. Having an additional x-ray machine will also significantly boost the speed of office visits.”

Timing allowed the new office space to be created very precisely…not only for BCOS’s distinct needs, but also for the new demands of safely practicing medicine in the Covid era. “The design of the Kelly Road office enables more efficient patient flow and allows for even better social distancing and safety measures that are so critical right now,” Gross explains. With additional parking, the new office also provides easier access for patients, especially those dealing with injuries or mobility issues.

After shifting the Warrington operations to the new Kelly Road location, the next big enhancement on the horizon for BCOS will be moving their Doylestown office location from 800 W. State Street to the new Pavilion III outpatient services building in the front of the Doylestown Hospital campus in the Spring of 2021.

“Having a physical presence on the Doylestown Hospital campus further demonstrates our commitment to providing the highest-quality, most convenient orthopedic care to patients,” says Gross. “We are always seeking ways to combine cutting-edge medical advances and high-quality personalized care with convenience and accessibility. Every move we make, both figuratively and literally, is with that mission in mind.”
