Dr. Kieran Cody has been practicing with Bucks County Orthopedic Specialists since 1996. An orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine and shoulder surgery, Dr. Cody is an expert in treating a broad range of shoulder and knee conditions and has extensive experience in shoulder replacement surgery.
As a high-volume shoulder arthroplasty surgeon, Dr. Cody incorporates advanced technology and materials into his approach for shoulder replacement, including CT-based 3D preoperative planning, patient-specific instrumentation, and customized 3-D printed titanium implant solutions when appropriate. These technologies allow him to evaluate each patient’s unique anatomy before surgery and develop an individualized surgical plan, particularly in cases involving complex anatomy and deformity.Â
Dr. Cody has worked with the San Francisco 49ers, Olympic athletes, and countless local athletes throughout Bucks County. In addition to his role at Bucks County Orthopedic Specialists, he has served in leadership positions on national and local medical boards, at Doylestown Hospital, in the Central Bucks community, and as an educator at Arcadia University.
