Meet James Fulginiti, PA-C

Jim Fulginiti is a board certified and Pennsylvania licensed Physician Assistant, who specializes in orthopedic surgery, sports medicine, and general orthopedics. In addition to his training and experience as a physician assistant, Jim is also a Lieutenant Colonel in the Air National Guard and serves the 201st REDHORSE Squadron, a combat engineering squadron, based at Biddle Air National Guard Base, in Horsham, Pennsylvania. His service has included a 3-month deployment as part of a trauma team in Northeastern Afghanistan.
